I titled this post “The Art of Appreciation” because it is truly an art.
For my first time clients, I make it a point to always send them a thank you note for choosing TraMi Skin Care. It’s like those announcements on airline flights where they say “we know you have a choice for your travel needs, thank you for choosing us…” I think this statement is beautifully worded.
Thanking my clients allows my business, name, and gratitude to appear in front of them a few days after they’ve received our services. This will help keep TraMi Skin Care at top of mind long after their facial service is over.
Making this a part of your service will help you gain and keep loyal clients.
Something I’m working on is to touch base with my clients on a regular basis to let them know I’m thinking of them…I confess, it’s a work in progress for me.
Besides your clients, don’t forget to thank anyone else who’s touched your life in a positive way.
